Isn’t it time you renewed your vows?

If you’re like most of us, at some point this year you made a promise to take better care of yourself.

Get back on the road to healthy living with a cup of green tea…today!

  • Green tea is rich in antioxidants, compounds that help to clean harmful compounds (i.e. free radicals) from the blood.
  • A group of antioxidants known as flavonoids are particularly significant in tea, both green and black.  These and other antioxidants are found in fruit and vegetables, but one or two cups of tea provides an effect similar to five portions of fruit or vegetables!

Green tea is often regarded as being more beneficial to human health than black tea, but this is most likely because more studies have been conducted on green tea. In reality, both green and black tea are high in antioxidants.

The path to health starts with a single cup.
